3. Using dry laminating machine to laminate 2 or multiple-layer mateiral roll together to suitable lamiante material roll for pouch making . Usually adopt PE or CPP film as inside layer , because they all with high seal strength and integnity .About dry laminating machine , it can laminate 2 layer for one time , if you need multiple-layer material , such as 3 layers , you need laminte 2 times to get 3 layers material .

Yes , if paper coated/laminated with Biodegradable PE or PLA material , these mateiral all belong to Biodegradable material . And you can use them to make paper pouch as normal .
No, Paper pouch making Machines cannot adopt paper roll which not be coated or laminated with plastic film . Because pouch making machine seal bag by heating .If material not with plastic layer which can be sealed by heating , it cannot finish bag making . If you want adopt normal paper roll without any plastic , our paper bag making machines can do it . It seal bag with glue .
