Stand-up bags are widely used in food, beverage, daily necessities, pharmaceutical industry packaging. In this paper, the production rules and key points of stand – up bags are specially arranged for reference.

1. Preparation: install transverse heat sealing knife, bottom heat sealing knife, strengthen heat sealing knife, and install punching device.

2, through the film, set EPC, align with the bag edge and pattern.

3. Adjust the bottom heat sealing knife, input the length and size, and the position direction of the knife should be even. The above knife is the reference adjustment knife, and check whether the round hole is round. Set photoelectric sensor.

4, install the bottom film, adjust to the middle fold. Bottom film drilling.

5. Adjust the horizontal heat seal to align the position of the heat seal knife with the printing position.

6. Adjust and strengthen the heat sealing block and fill the pressure at the intersection of four layers.

7, adjust the cutter, edge material cutting device.

8. Confirm and adjust the drilling position and heat sealing position of the bottom surface. Confirm and adjust the position of transverse heat sealing knife and strengthen heat sealing block. Confirm the heat sealing strength and adjust the heat sealing temperature.

Stand Up Bag production operation process

1.Tthe bottom film tension can not be too high. If the tension is too high, the round hole on the bottom will deform. General tension 0.05~ 0.2mpa.

2.The first group of heat sealing knife, higher pressure, lower temperature, the second and third groups of normal temperature and pressure.

3.The spring pressure of the heat sealing block is adjusted to zero, and only the self-weight of the heat sealing device works.

4.The silica gel plate is generally used with a hardness of 50°, and the hot sealing area is smaller than 70°.

5. When heat sealing, the bottom round hole is called oval, which can increase the waiting time by 100min.

6. Bag making speed is generally 50~100 PCS/minute.
